Polish region, Podkarpackie voivodeship has lost 1.7 million euros due to being "LGBT Free Zone"
There are a hundred or so LGBT Free Zone dotted around Poland, with the purpose of eradicating the presence of the so called "LGBT ideology".
However, a Polish town, Podkarpackie voivodeship has just declared a loss of 1.7 million euros as a result of the hateful decision. The news broke from Polish LGBT+ activist Bart Staszewski.
The news comes just days after it was announced that Nowa Dęba reversed its decision that Council Members had made in late 2019.
Slowly Poland is starting to recognise that there are no benefits to spreading hateful messages. It is both negative to society and to the economy.
Unfortunately many LGBT Free Zone's remain in Poland, but hopefully these two examples are a sign for a more hopeful future.
